Position Overview:

They are seeking an Accounting Clerk with a minimum of 2 years of experience to support their finance department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling various accounting tasks efficiently. Responsibilities:
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders accurately.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish department goals.
  • Provide support for other finance-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
