Cost Accountant
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience)
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in Indianapolis seeking a Cost Accountant to join their finance team. This role focuses on analyzing costs, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting to drive profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze production/project costs
- Prepare cost reports and variance analyses
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory accounting
- Collaborate with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–7 years of cost accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of cost analysis and variance reporting
- CMA a plus
