Accounts Payable Specialist - Project-Based | Carmel, IN (On-Site)

Are you a detail-oriented AP pro ready to jump into a fast-paced environment? A leading service company in Carmel is hiring for a 3+ month project to support their Accounts Payable team. This is an on-site role for someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

+ Process high volumes of invoices with speed and accuracy

+ Verify payment coding and ensure policy compliance

+ Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies

+ Prepare AP and accrual reports for month-end close

+ Support process improvements and team initiatives

Requirements

What You Bring

+ 2+ years of AP or related finance experience

+ Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books, SAP, Oracle) and Excel

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to manage competing deadlines and solve problems

+ Comfortable working fully on-site
