Sr. Accountant

We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join our corporate office in Carmel, IN. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise will make a real impact.

What You'll Do

+ Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports in line with GAAP standards.

+ Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely completion.

+ Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

+ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

+ Provide support during internal and external audits.

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

+ Partner with other departments to streamline financial processes and strengthen controls.

+ Analyze financial data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA track preferred.

+ 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or manufacturing setting.

+ Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.

+ Skilled in ERP systems and accounting software; advanced Excel proficiency required.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

+ Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

+ Clear and effective communication skills.
