• Perform detailed audit procedures over various income statement and balance sheet accounts.
• Interact proactively with key client management to recognize problems and propose solutions.
• Use technology tools proficiently and improve work processes through technology.
• Balance client needs with Forvis Mazars' risk management.
• Manage workload between yourself and team members.
• Meet deadlines and budgets, alerting of variances.
• Travel as necessary to serve clients.
• Complete required Continuing Professional Education.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant audit experience.
• CPA license or educational requirements to satisfy the 150-credit hour CPA requirement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of current audit and accounting concepts.
• Ability to maintain professional client relationships.
• Desire to mentor and train others.
