Job Description :

Requirement/Must Have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified forklift operator with hands-on experience loading and unloading trucks.
  • Strong computer skills with ability to perform system transactions and inventory updates.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Experience receiving, sorting, labeling, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials.
  • Ability to perform quality checks for damage and discrepancies.
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes.
  • Ability to follow safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
Experience:
  • Experience working in a warehouse or factory environment.
  • Experience handling incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Experience in monitoring inventory levels and creating purchase orders.
  • Experience communicating with customers regarding order status or inquiries.
  • Experience operating manual and automated warehouse equipment.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry products preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming goods and verify against invoices for accuracy and damage.
  • Sort, label, package, and store goods to optimize warehouse space.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to work orders.
  • Perform system transactions accurately to maintain inventory records.
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
  • Identify and control non-conforming materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with purchase order creation.
  • Route orders to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform routine housekeeping and operator maintenance tasks.
  • Participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Report hazards, incidents, or safety concerns immediately.
  • Collaborate with peers and support teams to meet business objectives.
  • Remain flexible and perform additional duties as required.
Should Have:
  • Knowledge of automotive products and industry standards.
  • Strong communication skills for team and customer interactions.
  • Ability to work at required cycle times and productivity standards.
  • Understanding of quality and environmental impact considerations.
