Job Description :
Requirement/Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified forklift operator with hands-on experience loading and unloading trucks.
- Strong computer skills with ability to perform system transactions and inventory updates.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Experience receiving, sorting, labeling, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials.
- Ability to perform quality checks for damage and discrepancies.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes.
- Ability to follow safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
- Experience working in a warehouse or factory environment.
- Experience handling incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Experience in monitoring inventory levels and creating purchase orders.
- Experience communicating with customers regarding order status or inquiries.
- Experience operating manual and automated warehouse equipment.
- Knowledge of automotive industry products preferred.
- Receive incoming goods and verify against invoices for accuracy and damage.
- Sort, label, package, and store goods to optimize warehouse space.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to work orders.
- Perform system transactions accurately to maintain inventory records.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
- Identify and control non-conforming materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with purchase order creation.
- Route orders to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform routine housekeeping and operator maintenance tasks.
- Participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report hazards, incidents, or safety concerns immediately.
- Collaborate with peers and support teams to meet business objectives.
- Remain flexible and perform additional duties as required.
- Knowledge of automotive products and industry standards.
- Strong communication skills for team and customer interactions.
- Ability to work at required cycle times and productivity standards.
- Understanding of quality and environmental impact considerations.
