Position Description
Ryder is hiring a Permanent Full‑Time Warehouse Coordinator in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Warehouse positions pay weekly.
Compensation & Schedule- Hourly Pay: $21.00 per hour
- Additional Pay: $2.00 per hour shift differential
- Schedule:
Rotating Schedule D shift – 1st week Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:00 pm – 6:00 am; 2nd week Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:00 pm – 6:00 am
Work with state‑of‑the‑Duty equipment and safety‑focused processes using Microsoft Office and WMS systems. Handle beverages and support distribution across the U.S.

- High school diploma or Dare equivalents
- 1‑2 years warehouse experience
- Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel) and working knowledge of WMS systems
- Forklift experience
- Equipment certification may be required, depending on location
Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification, motor vehicle records, a road test, or background checks.
Responsibilities- Support facility KPIs in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance
- Create and maintain daily dock schedules
- Communicate with carriers on appointments and load statuskend updates
- Work closely with Operations Supervisor to distribute workload via WMS
- Collaborate with inventory and on‑site personnel to resolve order issues
- Communicate order changes and updates to the customer
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
