Job Summary
Working as a member of Customer Service, the Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. This position handles small parcel and freight shipments, performs inventory tasks such as cycle counting and put‑away, and assembles kits for stocking and customer orders. Individuals in this role must have a strong work ethic and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.

- Receiving & Put-Away:
Unload, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials using systematic bin locations and WMS tools. - Order Fulfillment:
Pick, stage, and verify materials for accuracy before shipment. - Shipping:
Prepare and ship small parcels (UPS/Fed Ex) and freight items. - Packaging & Crating:
Securely package small and large items including assembly of crates to prevent damage during transit. - Inventory Control:
Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records. - Kitting:
Assemble kits for production or customer orders according to specifications. - Documentation:
Review packing lists, add required documentation, and update inventory systems. - Equipment Operation:
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment saying drive and operate vehicles with trailers for material transport. - Safety & Cleanliness:
Promote a Safe culture by adhering to and advocating for the safest behaviors and proactively identifying opportunities to mitigate job-related risks and hazards. - Communication:
Collaborate with Customer Service and Parts teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure timely fulfillment for customers.
- HS Diploma or GED.
- Strong and consistent attention to detail and organization.

- Versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities.
