2nd Shift Inventory Control Clerk, Distribution Center

• Maintains the Inventory Control area under general supervision and conducts routine audits on department processes.
• Communicates deviations from expected outcomes to internal teams.
• Assists with collection of feedback from employees across the department to ensure the technical support function is responsive to business needs.
• Compiles and reconciles discrepancies found with book inventory to ensure products remain in-stock.
• Maintains invoices, returns, warranty claims, and/or exchanges for the distribution department through an internal electronic system.
• Collects billing, pricing for service quotes, and cycle counts for domestically and internationally shipped items.
• Inspects stock items within the distribution department for wear, tear, or defects and reports to supervisors.
• Communicates with the distribution team on shipments and organizes receipts on a daily basis and updates internal logs.
• Monitors processes and maintains inventory control records for accuracy and efficiency; determines root cause of inventory variances.
• Observes team performance within the distribution department and delivers performance evaluations with feedback and recommendations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year relevant work experience.
• Basic problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours, 4pm-12am Monday-Friday.

Typical hourly pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46 per hour.
