Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full‑Time Inventory Cycle Counter / Warehouse Clerk in Whitestown, Indiana. The position is paid weekly. Products being handled include electronic repair parts and equipment such as sit‑down forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
- Hourly Pay: $20.20
- Overtime Pay: $30.30
- Schedule:
Day Shift Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
- One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
- One (1) year or more Microsoft Office experience preferred
- May be required to be equipment certified depending on location
- Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build professional relationships with peers, supervisors, and customers
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Flexibility and self‑drive in a fast‑paced environment
- Highly organized, multitasking and time‑management skills
- Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
Some positions require additional screening, including employment and education verification, a motor‑vehicle records check, a road test, and/or customer background and badging requirements.
Responsibilities- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Audit inbound and outbound shipments
- Participate in physical inventories as required
- Provide floor support to operation supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues
- Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with an emphasis on safety
- Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
- Perform other duties as assigned
