Plumbers Supply Co, a family-owned company with a strong local presence, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Pick/Pack Associate for our busy Indianapolis branch. If you thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment and understand the importance of getting every order right, we want you on our team!

• Precision Picking:
  Use an RF Scanner to accurately pick products, meticulously matching numbers and items to fulfill orders.
• Order Fulfillment:
  Read customer orders and retrieve items from storage locations using barcodes or serial numbers.
• Inventory Accuracy:
  Diligently update inventory records in our ERP system after each item is picked, maintaining data integrity.
• Safe & Clean Environment:
  Actively maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse for all team members, sales staff, and visitors.
• Equipment Operation:
  Safely operate and maneuver heavy equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts to support warehouse workflow.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• A solid foundation of at least 1 year of prior warehouse experience.
• Experience with RF Scanners is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Unwavering dependability and attendance, with the ability to multi-task and maintain a sharp focus on details.
• A strong motivation to train and continue learning new skills.
• The physical stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift, and lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance.
• Good manual dexterity for operating small machinery and handheld devices.
• The ability to work effectively in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
