We’re looking for a Fleet Routing Coordinator to join our operations team. In this essential role, you will oversee real‑time fleet movements, coordinate routing decisions, and serve as a key communication hub between drivers and internal departments—helping ensure every trip stays on schedule.

• Assign and route drivers based on demand, availability, and current locations
• Monitor active trips and quickly address issues that could impact service performance
• Communicate route changes, trip details, and operational updates to drivers
• Keep accurate records of dispatch decisions and route assignments
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to support consistent service quality
• Respond effectively to delays, disruptions, or urgent operational needs

• Experience in dispatching, routing, logistics, or fleet coordination (preferred)
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with routing or dispatch software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
