This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Indianapolis, IN, for an LTL Specialist. The LTL Specialist will be responsible for managing Less‑than‑Truckload (LTL) shipments, coordinating with carriers, tracking and optimizing delivery routes, and ensuring on‑time shipments. The role requires maintaining excellent communication with customers, resolving shipment‑related issues, and preparing operational documents. Additionally, the LTL Specialist will monitor freight rates, negotiate cost‑effective solutions, and ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

• Proficient in LTL operations, shipment tracking, and coordinating freight movements
• Strong skills in data analysis, routing optimization, and cost negotiation
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to build positive customer relationships
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented team player
• Prior experience in freight or logistics is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or a related field is a strong asset
