A Classic Party Rental is a full-service party and expo rental company. We provide a wide variety of party and event rental equipment for weddings, fundraisers, birthday parties, or corporate events, including tents, tables, chairs, linen, stages, dance floors, and more. For over 30 years, A Classic Party Rental has exceeded party and event rental expectations for events of all sizes, occasions, and budgets.

A Classic Party Rental is seeking a full-time driver/crew leader. Using our vehicles, the delivery driver will serve our existing customer base. Deliveries are local. We are located at 8020 Zionsville Road Indianapolis, IN. You will be driving company-owned box trucks up to 26', but a CDL is NOT required. The Driver will load and unload vehicles/trucks and deliver equipment in full or partial loads while working with the dispatcher/delivery coordinator and delivery assistant.

The Driver may also assemble and disassemble the equipment at the customer sites. Our Drivers exhibit friendly and courteous customer service professionals.

• Pull orders from warehouse
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Deliver, set up, take down and pick up equipment for parties and other events
• Demonstrate safe and efficient driving skills and be courteous and cooperative
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, orderly fashion
• Operate lift gates and secure equipment (CDL not required)
• Clean, maintain and organize equipment in the warehouse
• Work a flexible schedule during the busy season, including nights and weekends (April through October)
• Maintain accurate delivery and return records
• Inform customers about proper equipment operation
• Perform other duties as requested
• Serve as an excellent company representative

• Timely and dependable
• Good communication skills: ability to provide, understand and complete instructions in written, oral, or demonstrated form
• Full range of motion and dexterity to stoop, crouch, bend, lift, lower, reach, twist, pull, push, cart, and carry items
• Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 70 lbs.) frequently
• Valid driver's license
• Pass background check and DOT physical
  
  Knowledge of area roads and ability to adjust route in response to traffic or weather conditions
