You'll be offered extensive training, and the tight‑knit working environment within the Manufacturing team means employees get additional training from their direct manager and peers when needed.

• Complete assigned deliveries and pick‑ups to and from our customers and vendors, using hoists and other devices, in a professional and efficient manner.
• Follow all safety rules for equipment use and driving outlined by Baxter and DOT.
• Handle hours of service (HOS) using Qualcomm E‑log System, MS Word, MS Excel.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Follow procedures and align with the standards for Continuous Improvement.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to push and/or pull up to 80 lbs.

• Must be at least 21 years of age, hold a Class A CDL license with a DOT physical, physical ability test (PAT), background check, pre‑employment drug screen, and road test.
• Current U.S. Passport (or be eligible to acquire one).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
