The Global Services Team supports company critical solutions that enable our Global Services business partners to support and protect Lilly's most essential assets. This position will be responsible for the hands-on development, enhancement, and maintenance of our Global Services key services/Data platform.

The senior full stack developer will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions across the technology stack, including front-end UI development, back-end services, and AWS cloud infrastructure. The resource will translate business requirements and architectural designs into high-quality, scalable code while following established development standards and best practices. The resource will collaborate closely with solution architects and business analysts to deliver features that meet stakeholder needs while ensuring code maintainability and performance.

This position requires strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks, server-side technologies, RESTful APIs, and database design. The resource will participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and mentor junior developers on the team. This role will assume responsibility for troubleshooting production issues, optimizing application performance, and implementing automated testing to ensure solution reliability.
