As a Sr. Software Engineer at Bloomerang you will function as the technical lead and drive the mission to empower nonprofits. You don’t just write code; you shape the technical direction of our platform, working at the intersection of Product, QA, and Engineering to deliver high‑impact SaaS solutions. You are a leader who thrives in an agile environment, embraces AI‑driven development, and mentors a high‑performing team of engineers.

• Own the technical vision and direction for your domain, ensuring the team builds solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architectural guidance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical bottlenecks, leveraging deep knowledge of debugging tools to maintain the performance of our SaaS applications.
• Champion Agile ceremonies and workflows, ensuring iterative delivery, high velocity, and continuous improvement within the sprint cycle.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews in adherence to coding standards, to catch potential bugs and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team's standards.
• Embed AI responsibly into your team's workflow by using AI tools to enhance development productivity, code analysis, and technical problem‑solving.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid‑level engineers, helping them develop deeper technical skills, architectural thinking, and ownership mindset.

• A deep mastery of .NET and C#:
  You have strong proficiency in our core backend technologies and are comfortable working extensively with SQL.
• Modern Frontend experience:
  You bring hands‑on experience with JavaScript, and we’ll be especially excited if you have React or Type Script in your toolkit.
• Architectural depth:
  You have a proven track record of building and consuming REST APIs and have the “system design” mindset required to manage performance at scale.
• An “Ops Mindset”:
  You possess professional experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment, prioritizing a smooth and reliable path to production.

• Cloud & Containers: Experience with AWS and Docker.
