Assistant Director.
- Reports to the Camp Director.
- Seasonal position.
About The Role 슿
The Assistant Director will direct and supervise staff and coordinate the activities of program managers that are consistent withfaz Girl Scout standards.
What You Will Do
- Supervise and evaluate the camp staff.
- In conjunction with the camp director, plan and schedule activities that reflect the Girl Scout program.
- Serve as a consultant for Program Manager, Operations Manager, and Unit Manager for program ideas within the units.
- Act as an ambassador for camp visitors and parents.
- Along with the camp director, help handle camper emergencies.
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and among the membership.
- Other duties may be assigned as required.

What We Are Looking For
- At least 21 years old.
- At least one season of experience in an administration or supervisory capacity (preferably in organized youth activities).
- Ability to select, train, and supervise staff.
- Ability to adapt to changes.
- Ability to direct others in crisis situations.
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Requirements
Must hold membership in the Girl Scout organization and subscribe to the tenets of the Girl Scout Promise and Law.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Ability to stand on your feet for an extended period.
