Elwood Staffing - - Responsibilities:
Perform and lead complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs with minimal supervision;
Troubleshoot and program PLCs and automation systems;
Lead small to mid-sized maintenance projects, including equipment installs, upgrades, and modifications;
Mentor and train entry to mid-level Maintenance team members;
Design and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure uptime and equipment longevity
