We are seeking full-time Service and Installation Technicians to join our team in Warsaw, IN. In this on-site role, technicians will install, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, including geothermal and forced air furnace, air conditioner and heat pumps. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, performing routine maintenance, completing installations according to manufacturer specifications, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service and clear communication.

• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently
• Effective communication and ability to provide excellent customer service
• Experience with cabling and installing HVAC and associated systems
• Dedicated to ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and addressing client needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant HVAC certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in HVAC service or installation is beneficial
