• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal inspections
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Represent Brewer Heating & Cooling professionally in customers’ homes
• Participate in ongoing skills and safety training

• Minimum 2 years HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
