Assistant Construction Foreman | Pool Installation

Our client is seeking an Assistant Foreman to support daily pool installation operations, help plan, organize, and execute residential installation projects. It's a hands‑on position ideal for someone with construction or installation experience who wants to grow into a leadership role.

Osceola, IN (Serving the Michiana Area)

Requirements:

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Communicate project needs clearly to keep installations on schedule.
• Troubleshoot onsite challenges and support practical, timely solutions.
• Assist the Foreman with daily planning, crew coordination, and jobsite execution.
• Lead by example with strong work ethic, professionalism, and safety awareness.
• Guide crew members by demonstrating techniques and supporting newer team members.
• Operate tools and equipment safely, including excavation and installation machinery.
• Prepare jobsites through layout assistance, material staging, equipment checks, and cleanup.

Qualifications/Must-Haves:

• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused work habits.
• 3+ years of construction or installation experience.
• Ability to operate basic construction tools and equipment.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn leadership skills and take on increasing responsibility.
• All education levels will be considered; equivalent practical experience is fully acceptable.
