Jack Laurie Group is seeking qualified Sports Flooring Sub-Contractors to partner with our commercial flooring team. We are expanding our athletic flooring division and are looking for experienced crews specializing in maple gymnasium flooring installation and finishing.

This partnership opportunity is ideal for established subcontracting teams with a strong track record in sports flooring and a commitment to quality workmanship and professional communication.

• Maple athletic flooring installation (nail-down systems)
• Subfloor preparation and moisture mitigation as required
• Sanding and screening
• Athletic floor finishing and coating systems
• Recoats and maintenance refinishing
• Game line layout and striping
• Repairs and board replacements
• Compliance with all project specifications and safety standards

• Demonstrated experience in maple sports flooring systems
• Ability to complete projects from installation through final coat
• Professional, timely, and consistent communication
• Dedicated crew with appropriate training and supervision
• Ownership of necessary tools and equipment
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as required
• Proof of General Liability Insurance
• Proof of Workers’ Compensation Insurance
