• Trouble‑shoot HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Ensure interior and exterior of properties meet company standards and applicable laws.
• Respond to maintenance tickets and follow up with residents and office staff on status.
• Work an on‑call rotation requiring night and weekend flexibility.

• Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Live within 30‑minute commute of the properties.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, one‑year related experience, or equivalent education and experience.

• Pay Range: $22.00–$24.00/hr.
• Up to 50% Rent Discount.
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions – paid monthly.
• $300 Morgan Essentials – paid quarterly.
• On‑call Appreciation, $15/day for holding the on‑call phone.
