Are you a talented, multi-skilled Craftsman committed to quality work and customer service? Do you possess a strong will to complete all tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner? Are you an independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a desire to enjoy the variety we offer?

The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades, including:

• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Tile
• Electrical
• Drywall

Additional qualifications for this Craftsman role include:

• Knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks
• Quick thinking and ability to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner
• Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers
• Clean-cut appearance, decent-looking vehicle, and organized tools

Responsibilities include:

• Looking around the property and communicating to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle
• Taking the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquiring about additional work that could be performed
• Fixing something small and pointing it out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more
• Being punctual and efficient, maintaining the highest integrity, and striving for top customer satisfaction
• Enjoying being an integral part of a winning team and demonstrating the ability and willingness to exceed customers' expectations

We pay our employees competitive wages, offer incentives, and the ability to grow with the company. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.
