• Perform plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall, and other repair tasks as required.
• Examine issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with managers, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Take time to earn the customer’s confidence, suggest additional work, and provide clear explanations of repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized appearance and tools, and present a professional look.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, and drywall.
• Familiarity with appropriate tools for each task; ability to identify tools needed.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Presentable with clean‑cut appearance, decent vehicle, and organized tools.
• Additional experience or ability to exceed customers’ expectations.

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekend work).
