• Proper Equipment – Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
• Troubleshooting Skills – Quick thinker able to examine issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.
• Excellent Communication Skills – Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Be Presentable – Clean‑cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, organized tools.
