• Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem‑solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

• 2+ Years HVAC service experience (required).
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated platforms).
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
