Qualifications- Candidates with Journeyman Electrician License are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands‑on experience with Commercial Service and Maintenance.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Flexible to work a customer‑directed schedule when needed.
- Strong safety record.
- Detail and goal oriented.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with electrical systems from 120/240 single‑phase through 480 V three‑phase.
- Data, fire alarm, and control familiarity are a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a willingness to adapt to any situation.
- Familiarity with technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to various ways of communicating with the customer.

- Understand materials specific to various work environments for site‑specific installations.
- Proficient skills in reading project drawings, submittals, and layout.
- Possess adaptive electrical construction skillset.
- Develop, build, and maintain exceptional customer relationships through dedication, efficiency, and determination.
- Assist InPwr Inc. management and customers with design changes to the original scope of work.
- Work with InPwr Inc. management to estimate field change‑order work.
- Track and document change‑order and time‑and‑material work.
- Maintain up‑to‑date as‑built drawings and assist CAD department with design changes.
- Maintain flexible approach to onsite design changes.
- Positively identify color of wires.
- Comprehend reading and drawing prints and schematics.
- Bend conduit by hand with hand benders.
- Must use all power tools, saws, threaders, wire tuggers, hydraulic benders, and knockout punches.
- Capable of digging trenches, either by hand tools or power equipment.
- Operate equipment, trenchers, backhoe, lift in safe manner.
- Practice and comprehend safe work procedures per Company policy.
- Operate two‑handed tools/equipment cable cutters, hammer drills, compression tools, and jackhammers.
- Operate company trucks with manual and automatic transmission.
- Read and interpret maps, instructional manuals, specifications, work‑site directions, blueprints, and written instructions.
- Operate and work from mechanical personnel lifts (electrical or gas powered).
- Work on energized circuits and equipment with company management approval as outlined in Health and Safety Program.
- Complete Equipment Training.
- Complete OSHA 30.
- Complete all Safety Certifications.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead.
- Lift 51 pounds.
- Constantly moving feet.
- Climb all types of ladders.
- Completing overhead work for full‑day assignments.
- Must be able to transition from employee parking area or street into construction work areas and access all levels of building even if the sole means of access is an OSHA‑approved site construction ladder or stairs still under construction but acceptable for use.
- Possess good vision (normal or corrected).
- Responsible for securing tools and materials from storage areas to complete assigned tasks.
- Regularly required to talk or listen while performing duties.
