• Diagnose and repair a wide array of John Deere equipment to keep customers’ equipment running like a Deere
• Install and support AMS technology (precision ag technology) to drive performance and efficiency
• Work in both shop and field service environments to meet customer needs
• Stay ahead with ongoing training and manufacturer certifications

• Advanced diagnostic expertise with agricultural and turf equipment, including John Deere AMS products
• Technical proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Field service capability for on-site diagnostics and repairs
• Commitment to ongoing education through service training programs
• Ability to operate vehicles and machinery for diagnostics
• Maintenance of service vehicles, tools, and shop equipment
• Strong workplace organization and adherence to safety protocols
• Accurate documentation and reporting of work orders, time, and materials

• 3+ years diagnosing and repairing agricultural or heavy equipment
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems knowledge
• Fluency with diagnostic tools and software
• Experience with AMS/Precision Ag systems is a major plus
• Team player with craftsmanship pride
• Ability to lift 75 lbs, adapt in the field, and follow safety protocols
• High school diploma required; tech degree or certifications a major plus
• Valid driver’s license required
