Overview
An Indianapolis, Indiana-based company is seeking a Two-Way Radio Communications Technician to install, maintain, and service advanced electronic and communications systems in both buildings and call centers. As a technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and reliable products to our valued customers. This role includes troubleshooting and repairing radio equipment by diagnosing faults and replacing faulty components, as well as reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to support installation and maintenance tasks.

- Install, maintain, and service advanced electronic and communications systems in both buildings and call centers.
- Troubleshoot and repair radio equipment by diagnosing faults and replacing faulty components.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to support installation and maintenance tasks.
- Contribute to a dynamic team environment and deliver exceptional service and reliable products to customers.
- Proven experience with two-way radio systems and electronic equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a track record of diagnosing and repairing radio systems.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance and conduct routine inspections.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly to customers.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and managing project installations.

- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
