As an apprentice plumber at Steg, you'll have an active role on fast-paced job sites, working alongside skilled plumbers to install, repair, and maintain essential plumbing systems. Each day brings hands-on challenges—from running pipe and solving problems to mastering tools and techniques—all while keeping safety and quality top of mind. • Hourly wage is set between $22.00 per hour and $26.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
• Bonus/incentive opportunities

• Assist in the installation, repairing, and maintenance of plumbing systems
• Periodic digging of shallow trenches for installation of pipe.
• Review blueprints and spec sheets for proper installation of products.
• Install piping, valves and other various plumbing for rough-in phase of work.
• Install faucets and fixtures for showers, tubs, sinks, water heaters and other various plumbing products.
• Perform minor fabrication work.
• Clean up jobsite after completing work each day.
