We are looking for General Laborers that are interested in learning the roofing trade. This is an amazing opportunity to start a lifelong career. You will be trained to perform the job, and training will be paid.

• Installation: Install various types of roofing materials including EDPM, TPO, metal roofing, flat roofing systems, and other materials according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Repair: Identify and repair leaks, damaged shingles, and other roofing issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning gutters, replacing worn-out components, and inspecting roofs for potential issues.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally and address any concerns or questions they may have regarding their roofing needs.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in construction labor.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working t be able to carry a 40 ft ladder and may be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
• License/Certification: Valid driver s license (preferred).
• Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Communication: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
