Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay: $22/hr | Contract/Temporary | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Join BGSF and put your maintenance skills to work! We're seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician who can float between multiple properties in Indianapolis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repair tasks across multiple properties
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Ensure units are ready for move-in and maintain property standards
• Respond to work orders and emergency requests promptly
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications

• Own tools required
• Valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to pass drug test and background screening
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of general repairs and troubleshooting
