What You’ll Do:

• Complete repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
• Respond quickly to service requests & after-hours emergencies
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities for a clean, safe community

What We’re Looking For:

• HVAC experience required; EPA Certification preferred
• Prior apartment maintenance experience
• Basic tools & reliable transportation
• Ability to handle on-call duties and physical tasks
