Overview
Position: Commercial Roofing Foreman
Location: Indianapolis Area
United Trades of America is hiring a Commercial Roofing Foreman
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial projects in the Indianapolis area.
- Monitor site safety.
- Oversee the install, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems, including flat roofs, metal roofs, and more.
- Communicate regularly with project managers.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial roofing, with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Proven track record of successfully running a crew of 5 or more workers on commercial roofing projects.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
Competitive salary range of $28 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
