We currently have an opening for a Field Service Technician in Indianapolis, IN.Role:

Working as a Field Service Technician for TSi, you’ll be responsible for travelling to client sites and carrying out assigned tasks to repair, maintain and install a variety of security systems, whilst providing outstanding customer service to clients.

Requirements:

You’ll need to have a good understanding of a wide range of security systems with experience in Lenel and C-cure being a great benefit, however a well-rounded knowledge of brands is highly advantageous for this role.

You must be able to carry out tasks to a high standard and follow company installation standards along with providing outstanding customer service to  comfortable working at heights (as required, climbing ladders etc.)Be responsible for performing preventative maintenance across client sites

Should ideally have at least 2 years “hands-on” experience in a similar role.

Great networking and programming skills with access control and video systems.

You’ll need to hold a valid and clean drivers license to travel to locations as needed.

Must be Covid vaccinated.

Part of an on-call rota.

Location:

Indianapolis, INPackage:$25-38 per hour (depending on level of experience), 401k “fully loaded” TSi benefits, Employee-Owner, company vehicle etc.
