About the Company

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Electrical Install Manager to lead our installation team. This role is responsible for managing and executing electrical installations, ensuring code compliance, maintaining safety standards, and supporting smooth project delivery from planning through completion.

Responsibilities
  • Installation
    :
    Manage and perform the installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, equipment, and safety systems.
  • Maintenance & Repair
    :
    Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems as needed during or after installation.
  • Blueprint Interpretation
    :
    Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics to plan and carry out installations accurately.
  • Code Compliance
    :
    Ensure all installations meet local, state, and national electrical codes and adhere to safety standards.
  • Testing & Inspection
    :
    Test electrical systems and components to ensure functionality, safety, and quality assurance.
  • Collaboration
    :
    Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, tradespeople, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
  • Record Keeping
    :
    Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, labor, and materials used.
  • Tools & Equipment
    :
    Ensure proper use, maintenance, and care of all tools, equipment, and vehicles assigned to the install department.
  • Work Order Management
    :
    Oversee installation work as assigned through the Next Service Work Order system.
  • Team Participation
    :
    Attend and contribute to team meetings, providing input and support to project planning and department goals.
  • Professionalism
    :
    Maintain positive and professional relationships with coworkers, clients, and vendors.
  • Other Duties
    :
    Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support successful project outcomes.
