Your typical schedule goes from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday
, but hours may vary depending on the project.

As an entry‑level Equipment Operator - Laborer, you skillfully operate heavy equipment and handle a variety of tasks to contribute to a successful result. You use equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and skid‑steers to grade the site and dig holes. In conjunction with your construction team, you also help set pipes to install storm, water, and sanitary utility lines. Every day provides opportunities to learn new things and showcase your talents!

Our ideal candidate has some experience in a labor or heavy equipment operating position, but it's not required. Here are the minimum qualifications:

• Current valid driver's license
• English communication skills
• Motivation to succeed, dependable attitude, and strong work ethic
• Eagerness to grow with our company and build a long-term career
• Topcon GPS experience is a plus
• Willingness to obtain a CDL is a plus
