Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in Indianapolis, IN. The Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance and repair tasks, including preventive care, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance, to ensure the proper functioning, safety, and appearance of assigned properties. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, resolving equipment malfunctions, maintaining common areas, monitoring systems for efficient operation, and addressing service requests promptly to provide a well-maintained and comfortable residential experience.

Pay:

$20-24/hr

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance processes
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues to determine effective solutions
  • Experience with Preventive Maintenance and ensuring equipment performance and longevity
  • Skills in Maintenance & Repair, including resolving issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • EPA Certification, HVAC certification, or similar relevant qualifications are a plus
  • Physical ability to handle maintenance-related tasks
