As a Commercial Roofing Field Project Foreman
, you will be responsible for customer communication, supervision of installation, and job organization throughout the roof replacement process.

• Walk through the proposal with the customer at the start of a job
• Take pictures to verify the material & scope of work
• Maintain job site cleanliness throughout the duration of the job
• Updates with pictures/descriptions on captivated (minimum 3 times)
• Clean up the job site after lunch
• Mid‑day 5‑Point Inspection
• Oversee roof installation

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a background check
• 2+ years of hands‑on commercial roofing experience
• Prior experience meeting clients
• Must be able to climb ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roof tops
• Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month March‑November and 1 Saturday a month November‑March
• Ability to pull a trailer behind a work truck
• Willingness to work long hours during busy season
• Military service a plus

• $25 to $30 per hour commensurate with experience
