Pay: $30–$44/hr + Bonus OR Flat Rate with Accelerators up to $8/hr
Bi-Weekly Guarantee | Average Annual Income: $89,600–$109,440
Shift Premium: $3.50/hr
- Top Pay Structure: $30–$44/hr + Bonus OR Flat Rate with Accelerators up to $8/hr

- Shift Premium: $3.50/hr for 2nd shift
- Average Annual Income: $89,600–$109,440
- Career Growth: ASE certification support and advancement to A-Level Technician

- Perform maintenance and repairs on medium and heavy-duty trucks
, plus light-duty vehicles - Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify needed repairs and services
- Communicate with Service Advisors and occasionally customers about vehicle conditions
- Maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with quality control and support team workflow
- Promote a safe work environment and uphold company values
- Experience: 3+ years as a Diesel Technician or equivalent training
- 2ND SHIFT AVAILABILITY - M-F: 2PM-11PM EST
- Certifications: State/local certifications required; ASE preferred
- Skills:
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and shop management software
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Requirements:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Own set of up-to-date tools
- Willingness to work toward ASE certifications
