We are looking for a Master level Access Control Technician who has run a successful team and still enjoys rolling up their sleeves and doing the work. You must be able and willing to travel overnight, if necessary, to support our clients throughout Indiana. Our corporate office is in Lawrence, IN (only the far east side of Indianapolis, IN).

Who You Are:

• An understanding of how low-voltage systems come together from start to finish
• Hands-on experience with Access Control and Video systems is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment to meet client needs
• Extremely organized with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
• A collaborative work ethic
• A mindset of continuous education and improvement

What You Are Accountable For:

• Installing all types of systems; comfort with wiring a single door access system and training customers, or leading a crew to install 150 analytics cameras
• Experience with enterprise security systems such as Avigilon, ACM, Open Path, Pdk, Brivo, and Paxton
• Running a team and working solo on commercial installs
• Understanding networks
• Getting along with all types of personalities
