Regional Maintenance Technician

Overview

We build smart solutions for U.S. Military and government customers by installing electronic security systems. This role requires 100% travel and a willingness to learn and maintain low‑voltage cabling, conduit, and electronic security devices.

• Conduct inventory of materials.
• Cut, bend, and install conduit.
• Install low‑voltage cabling and wiring.
• Mount electronic security devices to drywall, concrete, and metal surfaces.
• Connect devices to electronic security panels.
• Program security systems using panel software.
• Diagnose and resolve alarm system and network issues.
• Enter data into documents, systems, and platforms.
• Perform project closeout: testing, repair documents, pull reports, and red‑line design drawings.
• Provide status updates to internal and external customers.
• Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and comply with OSHA and company safety rules.
• Work overtime and travel 100% of the time within and outside the primary region.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; two years of post‑secondary education or work experience.
• OSHA‑10 Safety Certification.
• Clean background check and acceptable credit history.
• Valid driver’s license (Real ) with clean driving record.
• Working knowledge of low‑voltage electrical circuitry and cable pulling.
• Familiarity with copper, fiber, and network communications.
• Basic understanding of electronic security regulations (AR 190‑11, AFI 31‑101, etc.).
• Basic reading of design drawings, blueprints, and project plans.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• High‑lift safety certification and ladder safety training.
• Positive, friendly attitude with strong customer‑satisfaction focus.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Salary range: $26.00–$34.00 per hour.
