Electronic Security Integration Technician - i2G

This role focuses on the site management and installation of security solutions for new and existing clients. The Site Lead works alongside internal and external teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success, providing daily updates and coordinating with the project manager as needed. The goal is to train replacements and progress into Project Management.
Responsibilities- Follow and track project scheduling.
- Direct subcontractor and internal resource communications.
- Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
- Read and understand written specifications, drawings, and controlling documents; maintain current and accurate documentation of systems.
- Perform installation and training on implemented control systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain new and existing control systems for customers.
- Coordinate project activities with appropriate parties internally and externally.
- Document and communicate necessary project changes and subsequently implement the changes.
- Perform all work in a manner consistent with policies, procedures, and standards.
- Complete the final test and acceptance of security systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Manage a working knowledge of general access control systems (Lenel and Genetec preferred).
- Have a thorough understanding of electronic security systems and the onsite labor required for installation.
- 5–7 years of experience in electronic security.
- Skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Creative and resourceful problem‑solving abilities for uncommon applications.
- Effective independent and team collaboration skills.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer focus and strong commitment to client satisfaction.
