Finish Carpenter at Shiel Sexton performs commercial and industrial construction and remodeling, interior systems, interior and exterior finish, blueprint reading, scaffolding, and safety with a strong focus on Millwork Installation, Doors & Hardware, and Bathroom Accessories.

• Completes tasks with a high attention to detail.
• Demonstrates ability to contribute value in a team setting.
• Achieves tangible results in the face of complex problems.
• Ensures the Carpentry crew acts with integrity and ethical behavior and practices.
• Effectively communicates verbally.
• Performs layout including building lines, elevations, wall, and partition layout.
• Maintains safety with scaffold systems, shoring, weather protection and installation of fall protection systems.
• Reads physical blueprints as well as digital (Procore experience preferred).

• Minimum 3-5 years of carpentry experience; commercial experience preferred.
• Preferred OSHA 10 certification (construction specific).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
