• Assist experienced carpenters in building, fabricating, and installing projects to the highest standard.
• Develop problem-solving skills to provide efficient solutions and improve project outcomes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, understanding both the vision and the practical application for each project.
• Learn to anticipate project milestones, needs, and potential challenges from a "30,000 FT View."
• Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless project execution, maintaining clear communication and follow-up.
• Learn and apply design principles to make client visions a reality, while troubleshooting and solving construction challenges in a timely, safe manner.
• Uphold and enforce all safety standards and codes to prevent fines and delays.
• Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship, continuously looking for ways to improve quality and avoid errors.
• Support the team in maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient job site.

• Proficient in using smartphones (preferably iPhone) and capable of learning software like Slack, Pro Core, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Own basic hand tools (tape measure, hammer, battery-powered tools, etc.).
• Valid Indiana driver’s license with a clean background and willingness to undergo drug testing.
• Professional appearance; wear attire that is well-kept and free from offensive imagery or wording.

This is not just a job, but a career path. Our goal is for you to grow into a journeyman carpenter, mastering trim carpentry, cabinetry, and woodworking. You will work alongside experienced carpenters and superintendents, learning to deliver “above spec” quality work that sets us apart in the industry.
