The Security Installation Master Technician is an expert-level position responsible for the installation and commissioning of complex security systems, including commercial alarm, fire, CCTV, and card access systems. Working within the Technical Services division, you'll lead installations and provide specialized training to junior installers, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Installs and leads the installation of commercial alarm, fire, CCTV, and card access systems.
• Must have the ability to proctor, coach, and teach others.
• Provides reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Conducts customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Carries out new system installations, upgrades, and additions.
• Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
• Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.

• 7+ years of experience installing integrated security systems – Access Controls, Intrusion Detection, CCTV, and Fire.
• Understanding of the function and design of Alarm Systems.
• Lift certified is required.
• OSHA 10 is required.
• Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
• Must have mastery knowledge of commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems.
• Working experience with DMP, Brivo, Firelite, Bosch.
• Must have full knowledge of local/national codes.
• Must possess strong communication/leadership skills when working with others.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to clear a drug and background screening.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint, schematics, diagrams, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English.

$35 per hour.

M-F 8:00-5:00 PM.
