• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves).
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
• Provide customers with value‑added solutions that help make their homes cleaner, comfortable, and protected.
• Keep company truck well‑maintained, organized, and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for part ordering.
• Successfully pass a background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Work variable and flexible hours, including overtime.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs, transport heavy items, and perform typical work tasks.
• Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
