• Test and troubleshoot continuity of fiber optic networks.
• Operate all testing equipment and solve common challenges.
• Prep fiber splice enclosures (Tyco, Commscope, Corning, etc.).
• Utilize fusion splicer, OTDR (1310, 1550, DWDM, CWDM, 945 OLTS), Max Tester, and power meter.
• Apply fiber engineer knowledge of fiber design, read documentation, and understand light levels and dB loss.
• Work in outdoor utility construction sites.

• Safety is part of your day‑to‑day work.
• Track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
• Enjoy solving hard problems with a hands‑on approach.
• Seeking long‑term projects.
• Enjoy working with the team and getting hands dirty.
• At least 3–5 years of fiber splicing and troubleshooting experience.
• Comfortable working on ladder or bucket truck.
• Flexible and enjoy a variety of shifts with overtime.
